Prices & Payment Plans
Transparent flat-fee pricing with flexible payment plans — because access to quality criminal defense shouldn't depend on your ability to pay everything upfront.
Honest Pricing. No Surprises.
Bo believes you deserve to know what you're paying and what it covers before you sign anything. Here are answers to the most common questions about fees.
Do you charge hourly or is it a flat fee?
Flat fee — always. You will never be charged extra for costs such as printing, postage, travel, or correspondence. Whether we go to court twice or twenty times, your retainer covers it all. No surprise invoices, no billing by the hour, no nickel-and-diming. One fee, full representation.
Do you take payment plans?
Yes. Bo is happy to work with you on payment. In many cases, a small down payment is all that is required for work on your case to begin. Payment plans are available and can be tailored to your situation — getting started on your defense shouldn't have to wait while you scrape together the full fee.
How much will it cost?
Every case is different. Factors that may affect the final fee include the complexity of the charges, the volume of evidence to review, the number of hearings required, and the distance of travel to court. A firm, all-inclusive quote will be provided following your free consultation — before you commit to anything.
