Bo Yager is a criminal defense attorney representing clients across the state of Tennessee. His practice is focused exclusively on criminal defense — defending individuals facing misdemeanor and felony charges including murder, domestic violence, DUI, assault, drug charges, theft, and sex crimes. He has also helped many clients wipe their records clean through the expungement process.
As a former United States Marine, Bo has sworn multiple oaths to defend the Constitution — first in uniform, and now in the courtroom. He brings that same discipline, directness, and commitment to every client he represents. Clients have praised his aggressive, no-nonsense approach and his around-the-clock availability when it matters most.
Bo has appeared before both the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals, and handles cases at every level from General Sessions through appellate courts. He is a member of the Nashville Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Outside the courtroom, Bo coaches wrestling at Father Ryan High School and coaches classes at RMA Jiu Jitsu in Nolensville and Franklin, Tennessee.
